Mujtahid: Journal of Islamic Legal Decision Sciences provides immediate open access to all published content on the principle that freely available research supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The journal does not charge readers or institutions for access, and all articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, as well as to use them for any other lawful purpose, without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the authors, provided that proper credit is given.
